Demonstrating Goodbye Yellow Brick Road on the fly after watching the Rocketman movie. The high note is a C#5 and I’m easing into it the first time it occurs on the word “blues” as I quickly try and remember where the melody goes but I do land on the right note! The second time around I know for sure where it’s going so I sing it more confidently. But it’s faith in my technique that allows me to confidently jump into an unrehearsed song. That’s the confidence we work on building in the lessons.
